The Position

As an Advanced System Manager, you will be responsible for business-critical IT systems at DD&IT R&D IT GBS for Clinical Supplies System Portfolio (PMX CTM). You will be managing the incident and problem management process for assigned systems communicating with customers, service providers and system managers and co-ordinate day-to-day execution of incident and problem management resolution for assigned systems as defined by business processes. You will be entrusted with the below responsibilities:

  • Ensure incident management key performance indicators, e.g. resolution time, in the service level agreements with line of business are fulfilled.
  • Drafting and driving IT System Strategy.
  • Vendor management, Budget management and inputs to forecast and contract management.
  • Communication & Stakeholder management.
  • Participate and involve in System Transitions as relevant.
Qualifications
  • Bachelors or masters degree in relevant field with 4-8 years of relevant experience in GxP regulated industry.
  • 3+ years of relevant experiences in ITIL skill.
  • Documented experience from work utilizing data bases, preferably as a system manager in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • IT experience covering specification, design, development or implementation of IT solutions.
  • Experienced in the use of office desktop applications and tools.
  • High level knowledge of system management, compliance, validation and documentation.
  • High degree of flexibility and good interpersonal skills.
About the department

Research & Development (R&D) Information Technology (IT) are responsible for development, implementation, support, maintenance, and seamless operation of Global R&D IT systems. The IT support is delivered in close cooperation with our stakeholders, partners and customers in R&D within Global Research, Global Development, Strategic R&D, Global Regulatory Operations, Global Safety, Global Medical Affairs among other business units. The team is responsible for supporting Good Practice (GxP) financially critical and Non-GxP systems.
