The Position As an Advanced Operations Analyst, you are responsible for define, build, and operate for the IT Infrastructure including Windows Servers, Windows Operating System, McAfee Anti-virus service and Carbonblack Bit9 service, Active Directory GPO(Group Policy Object) administration and provide Technical operational support globally for Product Supply IT. You will also be entrusted with the following responsibilities: Implement & Manage Domain Controllers, Windows Servers, Active Directory, GPO and File Share Servers for PSnet in Novo Nordisk. Implement Microsoft & HPE Security Patching for PSnet Domain Controllers in alignment with Key LOB\'s and Stakeholders. Manage GPO Admin tool, Mcafee, Carbon Black, Move IT for operation work. Ensure a standardized IT infrastructure platform for Windows Servers, Windows Operating System, McAfee Anti-virus service, Carbonblack Bit9 service and Active Directory GPO administration. Perform daily management, within the rules and regulations of the Global IT unit in India, Global IT in Denmark and Product Supply IT, while ensuring living up to the NNWAY. Qualifications You will be holding a bachelor\'s degree in relevant subject with overall experience of more than 7 years in the IT or equivalent industry. Solid understanding and work experience in Windows Servers, Active Directory, GPO admin and File Share Servers. Microsoft Professional level certifications (MCSE/MCSA) is mandatory. Solid understanding and work experience with Windows Server administration (Current and legacy OS). Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience in trouble-shooting Windows Operating system issues. Solid understanding and work experience with IT Infrastructure patch management for Windows Servers, Desktops and Clients. Solid understanding and work experience in Physical and Virtual Desktop (VDI) environments and SCCM. Knowledge and work experience with Anti-malware products preferably McAfee or Carbon black. Knowledge of IT Infrastructure and IT Security standards (like National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST). Knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM, Python and Power-shell scripting will be a plus. Technical IT Infrastructure experience from an international service or consultancy firm. Good communication skills.
