The Position

As a Network Infrastructure Operations Analyst at Novo Nordisk, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Define, build, and operate Network WAN and LAN Services, Wifi and Network Security Services, Datacenter and Network Infrastructure Patch management services.
  • Provide technical operational support globally for PS (Product Supply/Manufacturing) in Novo Nordisk. Function as a technical consultant during major incidents and critical outages for PSnet Network Infrastructure issues reported globally.
  • Enable fast and optimal project execution according to roll-out plans, ensuring the best possible operation and maintenance.
  • Manage daily operations and technical support in the IT Infrastructure area for Spinet (Product Supply IT). Manage the IT Infrastructure, audits, and compliance levels as per Novo Nordisk norms.
  • Consult with IT Infrastructure vendors providing Network Infrastructure services across PSnet (Product Supply IT).
Qualifications

To be successful in this role, we are looking for a candidate with the following qualifications:
  • 8+ years of experience working within IT Infrastructure Operations & Technical Services.
  • 6+ years of experience collaborating with key stakeholders and decision makers outside India in a cross-functional, international environment. Must have experience in Network Routing, Switching and Wireless, VPN and MPLS technologies from Cisco and Other Vendors.
  • Scripting knowledge of python/ API\'s is highly desirable.
  • Must have knowledge of automation and previously worked in automation projects.
  • Must have experience and knowledge of working in Agile environment.
  • Cisco / Palo Alto certifications (CCNP/CCIE) preferred.
  • Solid understanding of AlgoSec products, Firewall Analyzer and Fire Flow, SolarWinds network management. Knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM and Tripwire installations.
  • Solid understanding of TCP/IP networking, AD, DNS, SMTP, NTP, IMAP and SNMP.
  • Technical IT Infrastructure experience from an international service or consultancy firm.
  • Experience and good knowledge in Infrastructure qualification, Compliance requirements in the pharmaceutical industry, GxP knowledge will be an advantage.
  • Experience supporting CFR 21 Part 11 validated systems.
  • Effective communication skills including ability to communicate with global stakeholders at various organizational levels.
  • Ability to collaborate and communicate with stakeholders, both internal and external at all levels.
  • High cultural sensitivity and comfortable working with different countries and cultures across multiple time-zones.
