Job Description

:Provides ongoing support of existing solutions and assists with the design, development, and testing, of new solutions for system and process automation. Responsibilities include assisting in the planning and design of custom developments within the Microsoft Power Platform and also utilizing PowerShell applicable to Windows Servers and Systems.Responsibilities:

• Creation and maintaining of documentation for all custom developments.
• Interfacing with multiple application teams to understand functionality requirements.
• Assisting with special projects as assigned.
• Maintaining and testing existing and new developments for use with remote software delivery.
• Tracking work items and statuses within Jira and other ticketing systems.
• Assisting in the design, development, and documentation of custom PowerPlatform solutions.
• Provide technical and system support as needed for all custom developments.
• Responsible for clear and concise documentation for internal processes and procedures (ITIL)
• Responsible for timely completion of all assigned tasks and projects

Qualifications:Required Qualifications

• BS Computer Science or related area or equivalent experience - Required minimum 3 years\' experience
• Experience with the following specific technologies:
• Software Delivery Solutions (Radia, SCCM, Altiris, CA Unicenter, IBM Bigfix, etc.)
• Windows / Linux
• WAN / LAN understanding
• Scripting Languages (VBS, Powershell, Rexx, Batch)
• Programming Languages or Debugging Skillset

Preferred Qualifications

• Ability to travel up to 10% both domestic and international
• Experience with the following specific technologies:
• Professional Service, Managed Service, or technical systems administration experience is a plus
• Microsoft Power Platform, PowerApps (canvas apps), Power Automate, SharePoint, Teams
• Active Directory
• Familiar with Jira and Confluence
• Project management experience is a plus
