Driving Infinite Possibilities Within A Diversified, Global Organization SharePoint/Nintex Engineer Lead, Design, build, various SharePoint applications to meet business process for the Refining, Oil and Gas, Chemical Industries Technical Skill Set .Minimum 3+ years of experience in software development, with at least 2+ years of experience designing and developing solutions using Nintex workflow .Develop and implement cloud solutions across a diverse range of projects, which can include application development, identity/access management, network, and data management. .Work in coordination with other departments to implement changes in architecture .Manage the SharePoint product life cycle including project design, issue resolution, requirements gathering, design, configuration, implementation/testing, and support of SharePoint solutions .managing, optimizing, overseeing, and monitoring the retrieval, storage, and distribution of data .identify dependencies and common infrastructure components, and to assess migration feasibility .build on-premise solutions for clusters and patterns .Designs, develops, debugs, produces, refines, tests, deploys, maintains and documents SharePoint/Web solutions using customized as well as out-of-the-box functionality including web parts, InfoPath forms, custom workflows, templates and master pages .Development and deploying production systems on Nintex/SharePoint and .Net platform .Ability to use continuous integration and distribution pipelines to deploy applications .MS SQL Development such as Custom Queries, Stored Procedures, Triggers, etc. .Exposure to custom SharePoint web parts. .Work with other SharePoint and .NET developers to troubleshoot and debug new and existing third-party and custom workflows and other in-house custom SharePoint solutions. .Knowledge of workflow integration in Cloud-Based environments such as Azure .Knowledge of the following is a plus: C#, VB.NET, ADO.NET, JQuery, ASP.NET, AJAX, XML,SSRS .Strong communication skills and Oil and Gas domain experience is a plus Competencies Required .High energy strong analytical thinker with strong Integration background .Strong problem-solving mentality with a will to deliver results .Should be able to demonstrate Nintex/Microsoft SharePoint features to the prospective enterprise Clients in presales phase .Critical thinker and process / result- oriented .Experience & proven ability in analyzing / solutions for complex projects/issues .Ability to complete all phases of software development life cycle including analysis, design, functionality, testing and support .Ability to develop large scale applications .Ability to work on multiple projects with multiple deadlines .Ability to communicate clearly with business users and project manager Roles and Responsibilities .Responsible for analyzing the business requirements .Designing the solution and coding and/or configuring as per the design or solution approach and testing .Implementation and post implementation validation for new development and enhancement efforts .Creating the documentation required as a part of application development/enhancement effort as per the process Qualifications .BE/B.Tech/MCA in Computer Science/Information technology .Excellent communication skills Travel: 25 to 40% of time (Middle Eastern Countries) YOU MUST HAVE Bachelor\'s Degree in Engineering WE VALUE Create specific action plans Enhance customer relationships Understand technology Some experience in engineering Experience in assembly fabrication program management skills Individuals who are self-motivated and able to work with little supervision, who consistently take the initiative to get things done, do things before being asked by others or forced to by events.
