The FLGS SAP Platforms (Finance, Legal and Global Solutions) department at Novo Nordisk is responsible for managing SAP systems that support finance, legal, and procurement processes. Located at our headquarters, this department works closely with Corporate Finance, Affiliate Finance Departments, and Regional/Representative Offices. With a focus on finance, controlling, consolidation, treasury, project system, invoice workflow systems, and in-house bank, the FLGS SAP Platforms department plays a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations and compliance.The position
As an Advance Business Analyst II-SAP Finance at Novo Nordisk, you will have the following responsibilities:

  • Provide daily support to the Line of Business by resolving issues and queries raised by users through incident management.
  • Coordinate and communicate on ongoing tasks, especially during month-ends and year-ends.
  • Create and update project documentation such as URS, FDS, and CIL.
  • Support the Change/Release Manager during the releases, upgrades or enhancements to the system.
  • Manage incidents and problems, including trend analysis and identifying permanent solutions. Monitor the effectiveness of the incident and problem management process and make recommendations for improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with QualityDocs and Sarbox requirements and utilize Agile principles, methodologies, and tools such as Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe.
  • Coordinate with vendors for technical issues and implement changes provided by the vendor.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should have the following qualifications:
  • Bachelor or Masters in relevant field with 5 to 10 years of experience working with SAP FI or SAP related technology.
  • Strong incident management, problem management, and release management support experience in SAP Finance IT System.
  • Strong understanding of the Agile mindset and culture and familiarity with compliance and quality documentation.
  • Good to have experience in SAFe & S4HANA.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills including verbal and written communication.
  • Ability to represent NN in relation with users and external stakeholders.
