The position
As an Advance Business Analyst at Novo Nordisk, you will have the opportunity to:
• Provide support for handling SAP SD incidents and problems, and analyze, design, and implement system changes based on business requirements.
• Understand and address integration points with other SAP modules and legacy systems, ensuring smooth operations and continuous improvement.
• Mentor and coach employees in the same area of specialty, sharing your knowledge and expertise.
• Set direction and deliver results with significant impact in a wide cross-functional and international environment.




Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should have the following qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree or similar in a relevant field, or relevant business experience.
• Strong conceptual understanding of SAP logistic landscape and at least 6+ years of experience in Sales & Distribution (SAP SD) area with integration knowledge of SAP MM, SAP FI, SAP WM.
• 8+ years of IT experience in specification, design, development, validation, implementation, and maintenance of IT solutions.
• Strong knowledge in EDI and external interface integration with SAP SD module.
• Experience working in a project-oriented, international matrix organization.
• Good understanding of Agile framework and exposure to the pharmaceutical industry will be an added advantage.




About the department
You will be joining the DD&IT Product Supply unit at Novo Nordisk. This unit is responsible for more than 40 global IT systems, including the operation, maintenance, support, and development of these systems. Our strategic objective is to be the IT partner for the business, providing the necessary solutions and support to meet the production and supply chain needs worldwide. The systems we manage, including SAP logistics modules like Sales and Distribution (SD), Materials Management (MM), and Advanced Planner Optimizer (APO), are critical to the execution of key business processes across the organization. We work on a global scale, supporting all areas of the business, from R&D to Sales, and our systems are used 24x7 by thousands of Novo Nordisk users worldwide.
