About the department
You will be part of our HR DD&IT department in GBS, reporting to the local Head of Develop, Engage, and System. Our department is responsible for managing and maintaining the internal IT systems that support our global colleagues and managers. We strive to create intuitive user experiences and deliver business value through these systems. We are part of the global Digital, Data & IT organization, anchored in DD&IT Staffs.

The position
As an SME for iSOtrain systems, your responsibilities will include:

  • Maintaining compliance through periodic reports and deviations with preparing and representing audits and inspections.
  • Collaborating with the DevOPs team with communicating critical issues/defects to the DevOPs team.
  • Acting as a key link between support and releases/projects.
  • Collecting information on new changes and releases from system managers and sharing with supporters.
  • Managing business relationships by communicating support status and issues to system owners, LoB management, and functional support teams.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, we are looking for a candidate with the following qualifications:
  • A graduate degree in a relevant field such as Software Engineering, Economics, Computer Science, or Business Administration.
  • Should have overall 4+years\' experience in IT and relevant 2-5 years of experience in covering specification, design, development, or implementation of IT solutions.
  • Experience within the pharmaceutical or relevant industry, combined with general business understanding or experience within operation and maintenance of IT systems in large organizations.
  • In-depth knowledge of ITIL, Incident, Problem, and Change Management processes.
  • Experience working with GxP requirements, validation, and compliance.
  • Experience in service level-based organizations and managing service level agreements.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience in vendor management and handling budget responsibilities.
