Apply Now!As an Advanced Business Analyst at Novo Nordisk, you will be part of the governance for the current IT solution including administrative tasks and ensure systems and processes are used as intended; drive, contribute and support tasks related to SAP rollout within processes, systems, and data harmonized across therapy areas in Product Supply\'s factories. You will have the entrusted with below responsibilities:

  • Drive high usage of standard functionalities by collaborating closely with users at the sites, the SAP Product Supply project, and other existing SAP solutions to ensure an optimal end-to-end process.
  • Lead, design, drive, and implement continuous improvements within production globally across SVP areas to achieve our Supply Chain mission and area strategies.
  • Manage the process for changes, evaluating business benefit and impact, coordinating across areas, and recommending prioritization of changes.
  • Ensure a high level of understanding of data integrity relevance for Production and related Master Data.
  • Contribute to area strategies for Production Execution and develop project proposals for a roadmap within a 3 to 5-year horizon; drive and support the development of new KPIs and optimized reporting methods.
  • You hold a Masters/Bachelors within supply chain management, production or mechanical (or equivalent) from a reputed institute with 7-11 years of experience and expert knowledge in SAP PP or PP-PI and LE (Logistics Execution)
  • Minimum 4-6 years\' experience working with end-to-end Supply Chain processes.
  • Good to have experience in Lean principles and agile ways of working and experience in SAP/MES interfaces ideally, in pharmaceutical industry is preferred.
  • Excellent understanding and experience of working in multicultural and global working environment.
  • Experienced and skilled communicator at all organizational level and custom to communicating with both end users and managers; high competencies within stakeholder management, facilitation and coaching.

The unit is anchored under Supply Chain Planning (SCP) in Head Quarter and is the agreed place to consolidate Supply Chain activities across Novo Nordisk.
