Be part of a team that designs, develops and integrates highly complex application functions in the within Honeywell [SBG] organization. You will participate in the development and certification of product functionality across multiple programs. This will enable you to support new products, processes, standards or operational plans within the organization\'s business strategies, with a direct impact on business unit/function overall results. Key Responsibilities Assess customer site for installation requirements, design engineering & commissioning. Complete complex and integrated system designs with technical requirements. Assist for application engineer during programming and site activities as well as technical project management. Support Project performance to achieve, on-time delivery, zero or positive deviation and proactive technical issue prevention. Suggest cost effective solutions to improve project GM. Support as necessary for trouble free Project engineering, commissioning. Assist during TRR, eCAP, Proposal reviews, drive eBOQ, FAT, SAT, UAT, etc. till project handover and remote system staging for required projects Prepare submittals as per engineering standards, RFP requirements, ensuring commitment dates are met. Review submittals with sales, delivery teams and lead team to obtain on-time engineering submittal approval. Define scope of the project for engineering & commissioning activities. Supervise the preparation of the pre-commissioning and commissioning procedures for on-time project completion. Use Quality Assurance procedures and ensure defect-free hardware and software to field delivery team. Ensure applicable local industry codes and standards are upheld and Honeywell SOPs are adhered to. Drive common best practice system designs and engineered solutions. Issue of Design submittal in accordance with project planning requirements. Handle Large projects independently & assist Sr. Application Eng. Supervisor, PM. Ensures the preparation of final reports and certificates. Coordinate with Vendor/ Supplier representatives on design, commissioning & HO requirements. Co-ordinate with Design Department for submission and approval of Drawings from consultant / client List of Skillsets know how: FAS, ACS, CCTV, BMS, Third-party Integrations, Smart or Safe City Systems: Intelligent City Operations and Management Centre (ICOMC), Traffic Management System, Parking Management System, Smart Response and Incident Management System - VMS/ VA, ICT knowledge etc. YOU MUST HAVE Bachelor\'s degree in Electrical Engineering/ Electronics/ Electronics & Telecommunication Engineering/ Instrumentation Engineering. 7-13 years of work experience in a project\'s environment, with extensive on-site knowledge Knowledge of FAS, Access Control System, PAS, CCTV, BMS, with their integration requirements for IBMS systems, BACnet, LON, Modbus, OPC and other protocols Advanced Network / PC certification Advanced knowledge of networking, database technology, integration protocols, and current trends in the industry Previous experience working with highly complex technical solutions Proven track record in a project design and engineering capacity involved in the delivery of technology-based projects Previous exposure to a site base, construction environment WE VALUE Fully understand the product lifecycle and seek means to reduce cost of the product and processes.
