Innovate high-purity, high-performance chemicals and materialsCore Activities\xc2\xb7 Assess customer site for pre-bid design engineering, detailed engineering, commissioning. Complete complex and integrated system designs with technical requirements.\xc2\xb7 Support for sales for technical discussions with customer, understanding the RFP, BOQ, etc.\xc2\xb7 Support Project performance to achieve, on-time delivery, zero or positive deviation and proactive technical issue prevention. Suggest cost effective solutions to improve project GM.\xc2\xb7 Support as necessary for trouble free Project pre-bid engineering, detailed engineering, etc.\xc2\xb7 Assist during TRR, eCAP, Proposal reviews, eBOQ, FAT, SAT and remote system staging.\xc2\xb7 Ensure expansion of business value within the market via delighted customer philosophies.\xc2\xb7 Assist sales by innovative use of technology in establishing system design and providing project estimates.\xc2\xb7 Prepare submittals as per engineering standards, RFP requirements, ensuring commitment dates are met. Review submittals with sales, delivery teams and lead team to obtain submittal approval.\xc2\xb7 Define scope of the project for pre-bid engineering, engineering & commissioning activities.\xc2\xb7 Use Quality Assurance procedures and ensure defect-free hardware and software to field delivery team.\xc2\xb7 Ensure applicable local industry codes and standards are upheld and Honeywell SOPs are adhered to.\xc2\xb7 Drive common best practice pre-bid system designs and engineered solutions. Issue of Design submittal in accordance with project planning requirements.\xc2\xb7 Assist the Sales Manager in contacts with client representatives for the pre-bid of the systems.\xc2\xb7 Ensures the preparation of final reports and certificates.\xc2\xb7 Coordinates with Vendor/ Supplier representatives on pre-bid design, detailed engineering, commissioning & HO requirements.\xc2\xb7 Co-ordinate with Design Department for submission and approval of Drawings from consultant / client.\xc2\xb7 Systems Known: FAS, Access Control System, PAS, CCTV, BMS, with their integration requirements for IBMS systems.Systems & Platforms\xc2\xb7 FAS, Access Control System, PAS, CCTV, BMS with their third-party integration requirements for IBMS systems BACNet, LON, Modbus, OPC, etc.Others\xc2\xb7 MS Office\xc2\xb7 MS Excel\xc2\xb7 MS PowerPoint\xc2\xb7People Management Responsibilities\xc2\xb7 Drive Project performance to achieve:On time deliveryZero DeviationProactive technical issue prevention\xc2\xb7 Support as necessary for trouble free Project execution.\xc2\xb7 Assist during TRR, eCAP, Proposal reviews, eBOQ, etc.\xc2\xb7 Provide high risk project life cycle support.Behaviors\xc2\xb7 Be a Zealot for Growth\xc2\xb7 Act with Urgency\xc2\xb7 Be Courageous\xc2\xb7 Be Committed\xc2\xb7 Build exceptional talentSpan of Control--Qualifications:\xc2\xb7 Bachelor\'s degree in Electrical Engineering/ Electronics/ Electronics & Telecommunication Engineering/ Instrumentation Engineering.8-13 years of work experience in a project\'s environment, with extensive on-site knowledge.\xc2\xb7 Knowledge of FAS, Access Control System, PAS, CCTV, BMS, with their integration requirements for IBMS systems, BACnet, LON, Modbus, OPC and other protocols.\xc2\xb7 Advanced Network / PC certification.\xc2\xb7 Advanced knowledge of networking, database technology, integration protocols, and current trends in the industry.\xc2\xb7 Previous experience working with highly complex technical solutions.\xc2\xb7 Proven track record in a project design and engineering capacity involved in the delivery of technology-based projects.\xc2\xb7 Previous exposure to a site base, construction environment.Additional Information
