Apply now!The PositionAs a Advance System Manager I, you will be responsible for IT Systems in Target and Translation Cluster:

• Incident, change and release management.
• Communicating with customers, service providers and other stakeholders.
• Responsible for the delivery of system and support services and ensuring that they meet business requirements.
• Perform System Management tasks.
• Employee is expected to act independently to ensure all aspects of meeting quality levels on system user satisfaction, system owner interactions/stakeholder management and relevant GxP requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s or master\xe2\x80\x99s degree with 5+ years of experience and proficiency within IT
• 3+ years of working in pharmaceutical industry or regulatory industry.
• Strong experience in ITIL -Change and Release Management along with incident and problem management.
• Strong compliance understanding and documentation experience (preferably knowledge on GxP).
• Global stakeholder management experience.
• Experienced, preferably as a system manager in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Preferably knowledge on Agile ways of working.
• Experienced in the use of office desktop applications and tools.
• Knowledge on compliance, validation, and documentation.
• High degree of flexibility and good interpersonal skills. Excellent communication skills written and orally in English.

Digital Data & IT GBS (Global Business Service) was established in February 2010 as an integral part of Digital Data & IT in HQ (Head Quarter). From the beginning in 2010, the unit has grown to 800+ employees till date. The main role of DD&IT GBS is to \'manage\' IT, which includes System Management, Project Management, Infrastructure Management, Compliance Management, Security Management, Process Management, etc. In DDIT RED GBS, we partner globally with R&ED LoB to achieve scientific aspiration. We provide timely, best in class, regulated and non-regulated IT solutions, infrastructure, and system management across the R&ED value chain.
