Apply Now! About the department Global IT Operations is one of the many departments in DD&IT India, which was established in February 2010 as a part of DD&IT in HQ. DD&IT India has grown to 900+ employees till date and is responsible for managing IT, including System Management, Project Management, Infrastructure Management, Compliance Management, Security Management, Process Management and Vendor Management. Global IT Operations India is a team of 160+ employees and it manages all internal IT and infrastructure for colleagues worldwide. To achieve this, Global IT Operations works with four product areas/departments: Cloud & Corporate Infrastructure, Digital Workplace, Global IT Support, and Production Infrastructure. Despite their global and flexible setup, Global IT Operations has a strong focus on teamwork and collaboration, which they continue to foster every day they come to work. The Position As an Operations Analyst, you will be responsible for defining, building and operations of Windows Server, Clients and Desktop Infrastructure Patch management services and provide technical operational support globally for PSnet (Product Supply IT). You will proactively engage in close dialogue with the IT architects, IT specialists and stakeholders across PSnet including production facilities and datacentres globally to create and improve awareness on the technical deliveries of all the IT Infrastructure and IT Security support services to meet business expectations. Your primary responsibility will be: Define, build, and operate the windows server, clients and desktop infrastructure patch management services and provide technical operational support globally for PSnet (Product Supply IT) in Novo Nordisk. Perform incident, change and problem management in alignment with scaled Agile framework as a delivery team member. Perform the role of a technical consultant during major incident and critical outages for PSnet SCCM Infrastructure issues reported globally. Enable fast and optimal project execution according to roll-out plans and ensuring best possible operation and maintenance. Ensure a standardised platform worldwide in product supply and to establish strong relationship with stakeholders, end users, Service owners and IT suppliers. Manage daily operations & technical support in the IT Infrastructure area for PSnet Manage the IT Infrastructure, audits, and compliance levels as per Novo Nordisk norms. Manage and liaise with the IT Infrastructure vendors providing SCCM Infrastructure services across PSnet. Qualifications Master\'s degree or relevant technology experience with high level technical certifications (Software Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration). 8+ years of experience working within IT Infrastructure Operations & Technical Services with Infrastructure experience from an international service or consultancy firm. 6+ years working with key stakeholders and decision makers outside India in a cross-functional, international environment. Microsoft certified Professional (MCSE/MCSA) preferred. Solid understanding of IT Infrastructure & IT Security patch management for Windows servers, Desktops, Clients, Mainframes and Databases. Knowledge of Windows Server Administration, Physical and Virtual Desktop (VDI) environments, SCOM, SCCM and Virtualization platforms. Knowledge of IT Infrastructure and IT Security standards (like National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST). Good knowledge in Infrastructure qualification, Compliance requirements in pharmaceutical industry, GxP knowledge will be an advantage. Experience supporting CFR 21 Part 11 validated systems. Knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM and Tripwire installations. Knowledge of Python and Power-shell scripting. Positive attitude and confident, highly focused with a quality mind-set and commitment.
