Job Summary: The Advance License Executive is responsible for managing the entire process of acquiring, utilizing, and monitoring advance licenses for import and export activities. This includes ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations, maintaining accurate records, and working closely with various internal and external stakeholders to optimize the benefits of advance licensing.
Key Responsibilities:
License Management:
Prepare and submit applications for advance licenses to the relevant authorities.
Ensure timely renewal of advance licenses and manage amendments as necessary.
Maintain accurate records of all advance licenses, including usage and balance.
Compliance and Documentation:
Ensure all activities related to advance licenses comply with government regulations and company policies.
Manage and organize all necessary documentation, including licenses, export obligation fulfilment documents, and other related paperwork.
Stay updated on changes in regulations related to advance licensing and ensure compliance.
Coordination and Communication:
Liaise with customs authorities, government agencies, and industry bodies regarding advance license matters.
Coordinate with internal departments such as finance, procurement, and logistics to ensure smooth operations.
Communicate effectively with suppliers and customers to facilitate the use of advance licenses.
Monitoring and Reporting:
Monitor the utilization of advance licenses to ensure optimal use and compliance with terms and conditions.
Prepare regular reports on the status and usage of advance licenses for management review.
Identify and address any issues or discrepancies related to advance licenses.
Cost Optimization:
Analyse import and export data to identify opportunities for cost savings through effective use of advance licenses.
Recommend strategies to optimize the use of advance licenses and reduce costs.
Training and Support:
Provide training and support to internal teams on advance license procedures and compliance requirements.
Act as a point of contact for any queries or issues related to advance licenses.

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?55,000.00 per month
