# Technical Operations Specialist

### Key Responsibilities

#### Technical Systems Management (40%)

- Design and implement digital business automation systems

- Manage WhatsApp Business API integration

- Create and maintain digital infrastructure

- Develop custom solutions using advanced Excel and digital tools

- Implement and optimize CRM and inventory management systems

#### Operational Optimization (30%)

- Develop standard operating procedures (SOPs)

- Create workflow automation scripts

- Manage data integrity and reporting

- Develop dashboards for business insights

- Streamline communication channels

#### Marketing and Digital Presence (20%)

- Manage digital marketing initiatives

- Create digital marketing collaterals

- Handle social media and online communication

- Develop marketing automation strategies

- Create and manage digital catalogs

#### Team Support and Training (10%)

- Train team members on new digital systems

- Provide technical support

- Document processes and create training materials

- Assist in team communication and coordination

### Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/IT/Business Administration

- 2-4 years of experience in technical operations

- Proven expertise in advanced Excel (Macros, VBA, Complex Formulas)

- Strong understanding of WhatsApp Business API

- Experience with CRM and ERP systems
