It supports not only the business development in India, but also the global product portfolio of the Company.Job Responsibilities: -\xc2\xb7 Responsible for development of Electronics components like control modules (Body control module, Armrest control module, Universal Control Module, XCM etc) and Display (Instrument cluster, TFT/LCD display etc) for the Tractors, Harvesters and construction machines as per CNH development procedure with first time right approach and within defined cost targets\xc2\xb7 Work towards modular design approach and commonise the parts across platform.\xc2\xb7 Drive the development cycle start from requirement study, concept preparation, part development, production and post production.\xc2\xb7 Lead the project and guide other engineers working on same project.\xc2\xb7 Work closely with Electrical project engineers, Project team, Purchase Team, Product Cost Management team, Quality team and suppliers.\xc2\xb7 Evaluate technical capabilities of supplier and selection of supplier with Purchase and Quality team.\xc2\xb7 Prepare Product Card (RFQ) and ECN. Write specifications, design quality procedures.\xc2\xb7 Prepare component development plan along with milestones.\xc2\xb7 Review component DFMEA of supplier and conduct/ participate system level DFMEA of that component.\xc2\xb7 Prepare part level DVP. Evaluate test results and do necessary changes to meet the DVP at supplier end.\xc2\xb7 Collaborate for vehicle level DVP with PV and participate in vehicle level testing.\xc2\xb7 Release of component drawings.\xc2\xb7 Execute quality and reliability improvements.Requirements: -\xc2\xb7 Min 7 years of career experience, with bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in electronics or min 6 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience with Master\'s degree in electronics or 3+ years\xe2\x80\x99 experience with PHD in electronics.\xc2\xb7 Must have core hardware design experience of electronics control modules / cluster / display which includes system design, schematic design, design calculations, selection of microcontrollers and other semiconductors, performing simulation, low level software like boot loader and BSP.\xc2\xb7 Must have experience of minimum 2 hardware design start from concept to production. Having post production issue handing experience is essential.\xc2\xb7 Should have hands on experience on schematic drafting in CAD tool Altium. Experience in other tools like Orcad, Allegro, or Mentor Graphics is plus.\xc2\xb7 Person should have good knowledge of vehicle electrical and electronics system, design calculations, selection of switches for vehicle, DMU, packaging of component, GD&T, DFMEA, DFM, DFA and DFS.\xc2\xb7 Knowledge of CAD tool like CREO, Teamcenter, Polarion is desirable.\xc2\xb7 Must have application knowledge of control modules, cluster and display.\xc2\xb7 Ability to deliver to aggressive deadlines and meet commitments.\xc2\xb7 Apply his/her specialized skills to different products and is flexible in swapping work context quickly in line with frequently changing priorities\xc2\xb7 Is analytical and has significant demonstrable problem-solving capabilities and experience\xc2\xb7 Ability to work and co-ordinate with geographically diverse (international) teams.\xc2\xb7 Person should have fair knowledge of production process of control modules, cluster and display which includes SMT assembly, Injection molding, end of line testing etc.Other Information: -\xc2\xb7 Person should have Knowledge of homologation requirements of electronics components for India, Europe and America markets.\xc2\xb7 Person should have Excellent communications skills both written and verbal.\xc2\xb7 Excellent aptitude at analyzing and consolidating information\xc2\xb7 Experience with Agriculture /construction or commercial vehicles is desirable.\xc2\xb7 An independent thinker, able to work under minimal supervision, but has the ability to recognize issues that need to be escalated.\xc2\xb7 Effectively handle multiple priorities, organize workload, and meet deadline.\xc2\xb7 Willing to travel domestically and internationally as per project needs.
