Summary: We are looking for 8-10 yr experienced & creative Industrial Designer to design Agricultural and Construction vehicles for CNHi. You will be part of a team of Industrial Designers, Model makers, Product Managers, and Engineers. Together with the Head of ID, your role is to create ideas to support the whole Design process from the first briefing to the final Mass production. You understand to design products for a specific price range, but you also never get tired to push to the limits of the possibilities with production limitations in mind.With your ability, you can create communicative hand sketches. You can build up your ideas in CAD and create 3D renderings to present your ideas to the team and the stakeholders.Duties and Responsibilities:\xc2\xb7 Passion to design the next generation of Agricultural and Construction Vehicles.\xc2\xb7 The candidate will be working with product platform & engineering teams on global design projects which involves styling, appearance of interior components, CAB ergonomics, various controls, Front & Rear end, Lightings, Decals, displays of Ag and Construction Equipment.\xc2\xb7 Work in a highly motivated creative environment with international product designers.\xc2\xb7 Develop well-rounded skills as you work on projects holistically; from research and concept creation, including sketching, clay modeling, ergonomic studies, user testing, and 3D CAD, continuously refine the design during the whole development process with our teams globally.\xc2\xb7 Challenge your form and creative skills and create a new design language.\xc2\xb7 Visualize and present concepts to our stakeholders - to establish and evaluate design concepts for new product design.\xc2\xb7 Daily discussions with Engineering to provide solutions based on past experience for betterment.\xc2\xb7 The candidate should have knowledge of rapid prototyping technologies. Experience of sheet metal components designing, plastic molding technologies: injection molding, thermoforming, blow-molding, rotational molding, etc.Education/Experience/Skills:\xc2\xb7 Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Industrial design or Automotive Design.\xc2\xb7 8-10+ years of product design experience in Industrial design / Transportation Design / Automotive Design.\xc2\xb7 Experience in Construction and Agriculture vehicle design is a plus.\xc2\xb7 Proficient visual communication skills - sketching, Photoshop & Illustrator.\xc2\xb7 Technical understanding and knowledge in injection molding, tooling, and production.\xc2\xb7 Good experience of production vehicle design in 3D modelling.\xc2\xb7 Highly creative and demonstrates a passion for agricultural & construction design.\xc2\xb7 Understand brand image and how it relates to a product language.\xc2\xb7 Up-to date with ongoing Market trends & emerging technologies in Industrial design world.\xc2\xb7 You have a strong portfolio showcasing Industrial Design skills and able to present Ideas to leaders and stakeholders.\xc2\xb7 Strong Team player and able to handle multiple design projects from Concept to Execution level.\xc2\xb7 Profound knowledge of CAD i.e Autodesk Alias, Keyshot, Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator.
