It will support not only the business development in India, but also the global product portfolio of the Company.Reporting to: Driveline Manager: The candidate will be responsible for the validation of AG Driveline (DL) SoftWare (SW) in XIL (MIL, SIL, HIL) environments. The candidate will define and execute test procedures in virtual environments. He/She will also define test requirements, working with Driveline Software, Systems and Control Engineers.Required:\xc2\xa7 Electronics Engineering or equivalent with experience/exposure on Driveline/Transmissions\xc2\xa7 Specific experience (5+ yrs) in testing and validation in virtual environments\xc2\xa7 Experience in MIL / SIL / HIL\xc2\xa7 Experience in Matlab, Simulink, Stateflow and 4th generation software development methods and approaches\xc2\xa7 Knowledge of Automotive components such as speed sensors, pressure sensors, etc.\xc2\xa7 Knowledge of AG applications\xc2\xa7 Knowledge of SW tools: Vector Canalyzer, Etas INCA, \xe2\x80\xa6\xc2\xa7 Strong attitude at analyzing, reporting and consolidating information\xc2\xa7 Significant Problem-Solving experience\xc2\xa7 Languages: EnglishPreferred:\xc2\xa7 Experience in the field of tractor transmission systems.\xc2\xa7 Knowledge or awareness of ISO25119 Functional Safety Standard\xc2\xa7 Understands Model Based Control design\xc2\xa7 Engineering Knowledge of hydraulic schematics comprehension\xc2\xa7 Knowledge of National Instruments tools (Veristand, Labview,\xe2\x80\xa6)Additional Requirements :

• Able to work under minimal supervision, but with the ability to recognize issues that need to be escalated
• Shows good technical leadership and organization/control skills
• Ability to work with tight deadline and under pressure
• Ability to handle several projects at the same time and to work transversally with Operational teams
• Good communication skills

• Define the test specifications for Transmission SW (multiple programs) including particular focus on functional safety
• Define the Test Requirements and Procedures for EE systems
• Define the proper most suitable Test Environments (split among the virtual and physical test execution)
• Execute MIL / SIL /HIL tests to test Transmission SW
• Compile official test reports to support certification and homologation
• Report plans and status to the SW validation manager
• Plan and coordinate benches schedules vs projects priorities
