Department Project Management -CQVHow you might spend your days (Main Roles & Responsibilities)
We are seeking a highly skilled Automation & IT Specialist /Sr. Engineer to manage and execute various technical aspects of our projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the development and implementation of comprehensive project execution and validation plans, as well as ensuring compliance with IT risk assessments. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality documentation, functional specifications, and technical reports.Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and contribute to Validation Plans (VPL) and IT Risk Assessments.
  • Oversee Server Installation and Disaster Recovery Specifications.
  • Establish Interface Agreements for all interfaces with SCADA.
  • Lead the construction and programming of SCADA systems and SQL databases.
  • Ensure compliance with licensing agreements for SCADA and SQL database software.
  • Produce comprehensive User Manuals for end-users.
  • Plan, execute, and report on Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) protocols.
  • Manage the commissioning process and create Site Acceptance Testing (SAT) protocols, execution, and reports.
  • Collaborate with the team to integrate systems with MES OT GW for PAS-X communication and Sepasoft Gateway for SAP EWM communication.
  • Implement OPC-UA communication for DeltaV and AGV Fleet Manager integrations.
  • Ensure seamless operator access to the SCADA system via ThinManager.
  • Coordinate data communication between SCADA and Weigh & Dispense equipment, managing Manufacturing Orders and inventory updates

  • Experience with Automation systems PLC/SCADA/DCS
  • Knowledge of manufacturing processes and production optimization.
  • Understanding of inventory management and exception handling in automated systems.
  • Ability to create detailed technical documentation and user manuals.

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in SCADA system design and implementation.
  • Proficient in SQL database construction and management.
  • Strong understanding of MES, OPC-UA, and communication protocols.
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
