About the department

Digital, Data & IT India (DD&IT) was established in February 2010. It is a team of 800+ highly skilled IT professionals located in Bangalore. The main role of (DD&IT) is to \'manage\' IT, which includes System Management, Project Management, Infrastructure Management, Compliance Management, Security Management, Process Management and Vendor Management. Commercial IT department is an integral part of the DD&IT India and is responsible for delivering projects and managing systems for Sales, Marketing, Medical & Market Access teams. In DD&IT we drive projects, manage critical IT systems, services and infrastructure used along the entire value chain of Novo Nordisk.

The position

The position holder is responsible for the design, analysis, development, testing and documentation for Identity access management system based on Salesforce and providing technical training for Salesforce staff.

Key Responsibilities

• As a Salesforce Marketing cloud developer, you will be responsible for creating timelines for development goals with salesforce solution design, coding, and implementing salesforce applications and troubleshooting and fixing bugs.
• Understand business requirements through leading requirement workshops, drive Proof of concepts and solutioning in Salesforce platform.
• Responsible for defining use cases, technical and functional requirements and review and test the functionalities developed to ensure stable releases.
• Should be responsible for maintaining the security and integrity of the application software while setup deployment strategy and test plan and involves in Unit Acceptance Testing process with business, provide system demo and end-user training.
• Review user guides, training materials and other system documents.

Qualifications

• Should have 6-8 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in of Salesforce Marketing including understanding and documenting client requirements.
• Experience in writing User stories, Features, Acceptance criteria, Test plans and Test cases.
• Experience in Salesforce Marketing cloud including Salesforce automations,( Processes, Flows ),development (APEX, Batch jobs, Visualforce, SOQL, SOSL), SF Authentication (Login flows, OAuth, SAML, SSO, MFA), Integration (REST API for integration, Connected apps),deployment/ Version control.
• Certified Salesforce Platform Developer I (Good to have)
• Additional Salesforce certifications e.g., Certified Salesforce Administrator, Certified Javascript Developer (good to have).
• Good understanding of GDPR, CCPA guidelines for Data regulation and privacy policy.
• Good to have experience in Javascript and web services.
• Good to have experience in Master data management, Salesforce CDP.
• Good to have knowledge in Digital marketing and Sales in Pharmaceutical domain.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to problem solve high-level software and application issues.
