We're looking for an enthusiastic Affiliate/Delivery Manager to join our team and manage our affiliate partnerships and campaign deliveries.Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain relationships with affiliate partners, ensuring clear communication and collaboration.- Identify potential affiliate partners and onboard them onto our network.- Coordinate the delivery of campaigns, ensuring timely execution and meeting client objectives.- Monitor and optimise campaign performance, analysing key metrics and adjusting strategies as needed.- Provide regular performance reports to affiliate partners and internal teams.- Investigate and resolve any delivery or performance issues that may arise.- Stay informed about industry trends and affiliate marketing best practices.- Assist in negotiating terms and commissions with affiliate partners.Key Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.- 1+ years of experience in affiliate marketing or campaign delivery.- Familiarity with affiliate marketing platforms and strategies.- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.- Analytical mindset and the ability to interpret performance data.- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.- Detail-oriented with excellent organisational skills.- Proficiency in using data analysis tools.- Knowledge of digital advertising platforms and third-party tracking tools like Swaarm, Offerslook, Affise, Trackier etc is a plus.
