Plan the team resourcing and capacity to manage the portfolio, within the assigned budget and managing interdependencies across programmes- Accountable for continuous improvement across our change, communications service offering, adopting modern approaches to change, comms and embracing data driven insights, digital techniques and human centric design- Deep subject matter expert in program changes and communication management- Proven track record of delivering transformational change on multiple large-scale programmes (e.g. SAP ERP deployments, Cultural Change, Transformation agendas, M&A, etc.)
