DESCRIPTIONWW Emerging Business (WWEB) was formed in Jan\'21 to undertake some of our biggest challenges, and plant seeds around the world which have the potential to become future billion-dollar businesses for Amazon Ads. The team is organized in alignment to how local advertisers prefer to buy media:
(1) Local Channel team focuses on developing and growing the reseller partnerships with Local TV/Radio companies (e.g., iHeart).
(2) Local Direct/Agency team prospects and activates top local video advertisers and independent agencies in the top 50 DMAs.
(3) Local Digital team focuses on developing partnerships with Local Marketing Service Providers to activate advertisers that are main street-level businesses (e.g., QSRs, home services, attorneys, etc.)In this role of Ads Account Manager I, you will be working with Local Direct/Agency Business & manage a portfolio of 100 advertisers running Managed DVA and/or Self-Service DVA campaigns with a budget of $3MM. As an account manager you play a pivotal role across campaign lifecycle i.e. Pre-flight: creating the media plan & ensuring campaign goes live, in-flight: constantly optimizing the campaign to achieve performance & delivery, post-flight: share campaign performance with clients & pitching for upsells.Outside of your role as an account manager, to are expected to drive projects within the team to help AST & WWEB grow.Key job responsibilities
Collaborate closely with Account Executives to determine optimal support for the customer portfolio.
Analyze data and trends to create meaningful insights for clients.
Implement solutions, track performance and optimize against advertiser goals.
Report on key performance indicators and value delivered for customers. Create proposals to represent solutions designed around client goals.
Become an expert on Amazon solutions and adapt recommendations based on advertiser needs.
Provide campaign management support across the DSP (MS and SS), OTT (MS and SS), IMDB, Twitch and other relevant product.
Optimize campaign performance that fulfills advertiser goals.
In-depth data analysis to develop actionable insights and recommendations for campaigns.
Work cross-functionally with Sales and other Amazon partners to deliver towards business goals.BASIC QUALIFICATIONS- Experience with Excel
