Role: Ads Business Analyst
Location: New DelhiWe\xe2\x80\x99re seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst with 1+ years of experience in yield optimization, programmatic advertising, and data analysis.
The role primarily focuses on providing A/B testing analysis and insights as it relates to programmatic advertising strategies to maximize ad revenue and improve overall yield performance.Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain reports to track key performance indications and metrics for A/B tests and ad performance.
• Pull and interpret A/B test results and provide actionable recommendations. \xe2\x80\xa2 Conduct thorough QA & testing of the website functionalities across different browsers and devices.
• Identity and document bugs or glitches and collaborate with the engineering team to ensure a timely resolution.
• Write SQL queries and Python scripts to extract and manipulate data from different sources.
• Utilize BI tools (e.g. Domo, Tableau) to create datasets and interactive dashboards.
• Work closely with stakeholders across the team to understand their data and data visualization needs.
• Perform data cleaning, transformation and validation tasks as needed.
• Populate and maintain presentation decks with accurate data and content for various stakeholders while also providing relevant insights.
• Assist in the creation and distribution of recurring revenue reports.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of relevant experience in data analysis and BI roles.
• Proficiency in Excel, including advanced functions (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUPs) and calculations.
• Knowledge in SQL, Databricks, AWS Redshift, AWS S3, Connectors & APIs. Ability to optimize queries, build nested queries.
• Experience in BI tools such as Domo, Tableau, Looker or Power BI.
• Able to write/tweak codes in Python for data analysis and quick insights, coding knowledge to setup ETLs job for data movements.
• Proficiency in QA testing methodologies, tools, and techniques.
• Proficient in PPT. \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
