Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities :- Develop, execute, and scale up performance marketing campaigns on Google, Facebook, and digital platforms to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention.- Manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns across channels such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant platforms. - Track and analyze campaign performance and continually optimize them by removing unnecessary data and conducting in-depth solutions.- Brainstorm, implement and evaluate diverse creative strategies, campaign types, ad platforms, etc. to generate actionable insights.- Conduct in-depth analysis of campaign performance, identify key metrics, and implement data-driven optimisations to improve ROI. - Develop compelling ad creatives and landing pages that drive conversions. - Utilize A/B testing and other experimentation methods to continuously improve campaign performance and efficiency. - Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in performance marketing and the EdTech industry and incorporate them into our strategies. - Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the success of marketing initiatives and make data-driven decisions. - Work closely with cross-functional teams including product, sales, and analytics to align marketing efforts with overall business goals. - Provide insights and recommendations for future marketing initiatives based on performance analysis and industry trends. - Craft compelling, app-centric content tailored for our target audience.- Collaborate with outsourced teams to ensure alignment with key performance indicators (KPIs) and objectives.
