Manager - Human Resources
Key Responsibilities:
- Align HR strategies with company goals and values.
- Manage end-to-end HR operations, from recruitment to offboarding, for efficiency.
- Drive recruitment, conduct interviews, and manage onboarding.
- Develop HR policies following best practices.
- Oversee the Performance Management System (PMS) for goal setting and feedback.
- Deliver employee training on HR policies.
- Create clear and fair job offer letters through Zoho.
- Collaborate with managers to identify training needs.
- Implement engagement initiatives for open communication and inclusivity.
- Handle employee relations empathetically.
- Stay updated on HR trends and bring innovative ideas.
Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience including a minimum of 2 years of experience with the fast-growing startup
- Experience in bulk hiring.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems, effectively managing and analyzing employee data.
- Being well-versed in a variety of HR tools to streamline operations.
- Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
- Demonstrating a proactive and solution-driven attitude.
- Displaying a go-getter mindset with the ability to take initiative and drive results.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and best practices.
Specifications:
Designation - Manager - Human Resources
Work - 5 Days Working (Monday to Friday), Work from the office
Shift Timings: 10 AM to 7 PM
Location - Sector 63, Noida (Ten-minute walk from Noida Sector 62 Metro Station)
CTC - Negotiable
