Key Responsibilities:
• Application Processing : Reviewing and processing student applications, ensuring all required documents are submitted and complete.
• Student Recruitment : Developing strategies to attract and recruit prospective students, including organizing open houses, campus tours, and informational sessions.
• Communication : Serving as the primary point of contact for prospective students and their families, answering queries related to admission criteria, fees, programs, and other concerns.
• Admissions Criteria : Collaborating with faculty and departments to set admission standards and criteria.
• Data Management : Maintaining databases with applicant information, tracking applications, and generating reports on admissions trends and statistics.
• Event Coordination : Planning and managing admissions events such as orientations, webinars, and school fairs.
• Collaboration : Working closely with other departments like marketing, finance, and academics to streamline the admissions process.
