• Strategic Planning & Execution:
• Develop and implement comprehensive admission marketing strategies.
• Plan and execute activities such as career fairs, college visits, and community outreach programs to boost admissions.
• Colleges Connect:
• Establish and maintain relationships with feeder schools, colleges, and educational institutions.
• Organize and manage seminars, workshops, and presentations to promote the institute.
• Data Sourcing & Management:
• Identify and source relevant student databases for targeted marketing campaigns.
• Analyze admission data to optimize strategies and ensure consistent lead generation.
• Digital Marketing:
• Oversee the institute's digital marketing initiatives, including social media campaigns, email marketing, and online advertising.
• Collaborate with digital marketing teams to enhance the online presence of the institute and improve lead conversions.
• Team Leadership:
• Lead and mentor a team of tele-callers and marketing professionals to ensure high performance.
• Set team targets, monitor progress, and ensure alignment with institutional goals.
• Admissions Support:
• Work closely with the admissions team to ensure smooth applicant onboarding and enrollment processes.
• Address applicant queries and concerns promptly to enhance the admission experience.
• Reporting & Analysis:
• Prepare and present regular reports on admissions metrics and marketing performance to management.
• Use analytics to measure ROI on marketing efforts and identify areas for improvement.
Qualifications & Skills:
• Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in admissions, marketing, or a similar role, preferably in the education sector.
• Proven track record of achieving admission targets and managing marketing campaigns.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools, CRM software, and data analytics.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
