Responsibilities
• Admissions Process Management :
• Oversee the entire admissions cycle from inquiry to enrollment.
• Maintain and update admissions policies and procedures in line with the school's goals and IB standards.
• Handle inquiries, schedule school tours, and guide prospective families through the admissions process.
• Marketing and Outreach :
• Collaborate with the marketing team to promote the school through campaigns, social media, and events.
• Organize open houses, workshops, and other events to attract prospective families.
• Develop relationships with feeder schools and local communities to increase awareness about the IB program.
• Record Management :
• Maintain accurate and organized records of all inquiries, applications, and communications.
• Use admissions management software for tracking and reporting.
• Communication :
• Provide timely and professional responses to prospective families.
• Coordinate with other departments, including academics and administration, to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new students.
• Prepare and deliver presentations to parents or groups about the school's programs and ethos.
• Strategic Planning :
• Analyze enrollment trends and provide strategic recommendations to improve recruitment.
• Monitor competitor schools and market conditions to stay ahead.
• Compliance :
• Ensure that the admissions process complies with IB guidelines and school policies.
• Stay updated on relevant educational regulations and best practices.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in education, business administration, or a related field (Master's preferred).
• Prior experience in admissions, marketing, or a customer-facing role, ideally in an IB school.
• Familiarity with the IB curriculum and ethos.
