Job Objective



Be the main point of contact for current and potential parents, helping the organization build strong relationships. Your role is to ensure parents stay connected with the organization and to attract new parents, supporting the organization's growth goals.

Activities & Responsibilities

Parent Relationship Management:

Ensure all parents are greeted warmly and seated comfortably during their visits. Effectively manage and resolve parents' questions through various channels, including in-person meetings, phone calls, emails, and the company website. Collaborate with the administrative department to maintain a welcoming and parent-friendly front office area. Provide comprehensive information regarding all aspects of a child's journey at the school, including post-school activities and summer camps.
Sales and Marketing:

Track all leads from various sources such as web inquiries, telephone calls, and walk-ins. Participate in planning activities like society camps, mall events, pre-school partnerships, corporate tie-ups, and parent engagement initiatives. Manage the entire sales process for potential parents, from initial contact to enrolment, to increase conversion rates from inquiries to admissions. Engage with potential parents to understand their needs and present the RYAN brand effectively to align with their expectations. Actively contribute to achieving annual admission targets and objectives in line with the organization's admission plans. Conduct campus tours for parents to provide an enhanced experience and showcase the school's facilities and programs. Ensure all processes and policies are implemented correctly on the first attempt.
Administrative Responsibilities

Record all admission registrations in the Lead Management System/MIS tracker following process guidelines. Plan and organize daily activities to maximize all opportunities effectively.
Business Acumen:

Continuously enhance understanding of the school's policies, procedures, systems, and tools. Stay informed about past sales trends and records to improve performance.
Internal:

Report to the Area Manager of the schools. Interface with all departments, both academic and non-academic, to address any operational issues.
External:

Engage with potential and existing parents to build and maintain relationships. Interface with external vendors as required.
Span of Control:

This is an individual contributor role
Preferred Qualification

Graduate or Postgraduate in any discipline.
Experience

1-3 years of prior sales experience, preferably in the education sector.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ?35,000.00 per month
