The Admissions Counselor will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to prospective students and their families, promoting the university, conducting sales activities, and contributing to the growth and success of the institution. Counsellors should be very Cear about the pitching and they have to focus on the content of delivery. Responsible for calling to generate leads & admission conversion.. E-Mailers: she has to send thanks email after every new visit as the same time when the executive shares the email immediately after the visit updated in Whats App group. Converting leads into successful admissions. 1. Effective and Timely Follow-ups. 2. Handle Different student\'s enquiries. 3. Make calls, follow ups & ownership 4. Always Maintain Good Telephone Etiquettes. 5. Punctuality. 6. Respond to Student\'s enquiries proactively. 7. Provide product and information to students. 8. Route calls to appropriate resources in case of escalation.
