We're searching for an enthusiastic and engaging telecaller to help us increase sales by reaching out to current and future customers. You will be the initial point of contact for potential clients as a telecaller, representing the organisation in a professional and positive manner. The role requires good communication skills, determination, and the ability to adapt to a variety of scenarios; you must be able to persuade even the most resistant individuals to acquire our products.
• Making outbound calls to current and prospective customers to encourage the purchase of products, and services or gather information.
• Taking inbound and mixed calls, responding to queries, and documenting activity in the CRM.
• Achieving daily or weekly call targets as set by the organisation.
• Inquiring with the customer and learning about their needs.
• Noting down the key points of each conversation.
• Delivering verbal acceptances of offers to our Sales team for closing.
• Gathering and documenting sales data in CRM, such as meetings and appointments, as well as visitor and customer information
• Building and sustaining strong client connections by responding to requests and complaints as soon as possible.
• Resolving product and service-related questions and difficulties.
• Keeping track of all successful and unsuccessful sales attempts.
• Maintaining current knowledge of products, industry trends, and sales strategies.
