Responsibilities
Conduct outbound sales calls to healthcare professionals to promote and sell our medical courses.
Develop and maintain relationships with customers through follow-up calls and emails.
Identify potential new customers and opportunities for business growth.
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Provide exceptional customer service and support to customers throughout the sales process.
Stay up to date with industry trends, market conditions, and competition.
Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve company targets.
KRA
100-150 phone calls to prospect/day
Weekly/monthly targets to be met.
What we want
Achieving sales Targets.
Excellent Communication skills. (Fluency in English and Hindi is mandatory).
A positive approach to objection handling is essential and good organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ed-tech sales experience will be an extra advantage. Not applicable for freshers.
Ready to work in high growth start-up environment and above all, a committed attitude towards the completion of daily
inputs and outputs, with the goal of matching (and exceeding!) targets.
