SNR Memorial Group CBSE board school at Domjur Howrah Role Description This is a full-time on-site role based in SNR Memorial Group, Domjur. The Admissions Counselor will be responsible for providing effective counseling and communication to prospective parents, answering all their queries, and guiding them through the entire admissions process. The Counselor will also identify and develop recruiting strategies to target potential students, participate in outreach programs, and build relationships with various stakeholders to promote the school. Parents who are coming for walk-in have to make sure they take the admission in our school. Qualifications Bachelor\'s degree or higher in Education, Counseling, or a related field Experience in education counseling, student services, or related field Knowledge of different programs and courses in the higher education sector Ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences, including potential students, parents, and staff Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize multiple tasks Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience in using databases.
