Location: Anand Vihar, Delhi

Salary: ?18,000 - ?22,000 per month

Timings: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Admission Counselor to join our team in Anand Vihar. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in admissions and counseling, excellent communication skills, and a passion for guiding students through the admission process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Student Counseling: Provide detailed information and guidance to prospective students and their families regarding admission procedures, programs, and courses.
• Application Processing: Assist students with application forms, documents, and other requirements, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Follow-Up: Maintain regular follow-up with prospective students, answering queries and addressing concerns in a timely manner.
• Database Management: Update and manage student records, ensuring all information is accurately recorded in the system.
• Marketing and Outreach: Participate in promotional activities, seminars, and workshops to attract potential students.
• Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from students and parents to improve the admissions process and address any issues.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in any field.
• Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in an admissions or counseling role.
• Skills:
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with students and their families.
• Customer-oriented with a positive attitude
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
