Role Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated, dynamic, and engaging Admissions Counsellor to join our team. As an Admissions Counsellor, you will play a crucial role in shaping the student body of NEXIS School of Business. You will be responsible for guiding prospective students through the admission process, managing inquiries, conducting workshops, and representing the school at events. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with students, has excellent communication skills, and is passionate about education.

Key Responsibilities

• Admissions Guidance : Engage with prospective students and their families, providing them with all the necessary information about NEXIS School of Business's programs, culture, and values.
• Application Process : Assist students throughout the application process, from initial inquiry to final enrolment, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.
• Workshops & Events : Conduct workshops and webinars on topics like career guidance, entrepreneurship, and education pathways. Represent NEXIS School at school fairs and other recruitment events.
• Relationship Building : Build and maintain relationships with high schools, colleges, and industry partners to strengthen the brand presence of NEXIS.
• Student Engagement : Help students understand the value of experiential learning and the unique opportunities available at NEXIS, assisting them in selecting the right programs and career paths.
• Marketing Collaboration : Work closely with the marketing team to create content for outreach activities, including brochures, presentations, and social media promotions.
• Counselling : Offer career advice and answer questions about program offerings, career prospects, and student life at NEXIS.

Qualifications

• Age: Between 28-30 years old.
• Bachelor's degree in any field; a background in business, education, or counseling is a plus.
• 3-5 years of experience in admissions, counselling, or student services, preferably in an educational setting.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Enthusiastic, approachable, and capable of building rapport with students and parents.
• Comfortable with public speaking and leading workshops.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• A passion for education and helping students achieve their goals.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ?25,000.00 per month
