Job Brief Role : Admissions Counsellor Mode : Work from Office Work Location: Delhi Work Experience Required: 2-4 years We are seeking an Admissions Counsellor (Female Candidates preferred) to guide prospective students about IIDE\'s Digital Marketing courses. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as leadership and management skills. Should be sales-oriented with a passion for education and helping students achieve their goals. Responsibilities And Duties As an Admissions Counselor, the candidate will be responsible for counseling students over phone/through zoom/face-to-face for their course enquiries, managing and converting leads for versatile programs, and owning the complete sales closing life cycle for assigned leads To conduct face-to-face interviews and coordinating the admission process for new students, attending to walk-ins, persuading and counseling potential learners on admission-related issues, and assisting students with the fee collection process Maintain weekly/monthly reports and related matrices showing progress on student conversions and target achievement Use the CRM and sales automation tools to derive Sales and Reports Manage and convert leads for various programs, achieving weekly enrollment, revenue, and collection targets Assist with fee collection, follow-up with leads, and attend to walk-ins, persuading and counseling potential learners on admission-related issues Collaborate with departments and external vendors for a seamless admission process and maintain reports on student conversions and target achievement Required Experience and Qualifications: 2-4 years of experience in tele calling and admission counseling in institutes Proficient in revenue generation, able to strategize and optimize sales for the current product mix Experience with sales targets Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills Strong work ethic and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Trustworthy and skilled in building rapport with learners Expected deliverables/KPIs : Minimum 60-80 connected calls a day. 2-3 hours of talk time per day on average. Meet weekly and monthly admissions targets Generate referral sales as per targets Reactivate old/lost applications to ensure batch targets are met Improve and maintain sales conversion rates The candidate must be residing in Delhi
