Overview:

As an Admissions Associate, you will play a vital role in onboarding learners into our programs. Your engaging personality and strong communication skills will help ensure that each learner feels welcomed and supported throughout their journey with us.

Key Responsibilities:

? Onboard Learners: Facilitate the smooth onboarding of learners into our programs, ensuring they understand the available resources and how to navigate their learning experience.

? Follow-Up Calls: Conduct follow-up calls with learners to check on their progress with assigned tasks, providing encouragement and guidance as needed.

? Track Support Emails: Monitor and manage the support email account, addressing learner inquiries and providing timely responses to ensure their needs are met.

? Build Relationships: Establish positive relationships with learners, fostering a supportive environment that encourages engagement and success.

? Collaborate: Work closely with the admissions and support teams to ensure a seamless onboarding process and provide feedback for continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

? Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

? Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.

? Preferably, candidates should have at least 6 months of experience in a similar domain.

? Previous experience in admissions, customer service, or a related field is a plus.

? A passion for helping others and a commitment to learner success.

? Experience with working in Excel or other analytical skills is a plus.

? Comfortable with making daily calls to learners.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ?400,000.00 per year
