Our mission is to provide learners with a best foundation that will enable them be future ready with a strong value system and in doing so transform the Educational Landscape in India.The RoleThe Admissions & Marketing professional will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive strategies to drive admissions, enhance the visibility of the group of schools, and strengthen the brand presence.Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement an admissions strategy aligned with the goals of the school group by setting up enrollment targets, analysing admission trends, and creating plans to achieve desired results.
  • Monitor the admissions process and ensure a positive experience for prospective students and their families.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing plan to enhance the brand visibility of the school group.
  • Create and maintain a consistent and compelling brand image across all marketing channels by implementing effective advertising, public relations, and promotional campaigns.
  • Oversee the development of the school group's online presence, including the website and social media platforms, and implement online advertising, SEO, and other digital marketing initiatives.
  • Collaborate with the schools within the group to understand their unique strengths and offerings.
  • Customize marketing and admissions strategies to align with each school's characteristics.
  • Analyze demographic data and target markets to inform marketing strategies.
  • Plan and implement events related to admissions and marketing for each school, focusing on specific geographical areas in line with the marketing budget allocated by the management.
  • Provide analytics tools to track and analyze admissions and enrollment data.
  • Lead and manage the admissions team, providing guidance, training, and support.
  • Develop and manage budgets for admissions and marketing activities, ensure cost-effective utilization of resources and a positive return on investment.
  • Monitor expenditures and financial performance against set budgets.
  • Engage with parents and the community to understand their expectations and concerns.
  • Provide regular reports to the executive team and board on admissions and marketing performance.
  • Collaborate with other departments to align communication efforts.
Ideal ProfileQualifications:
  • Post Graduate in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in admissions, marketing, or enrollment management, preferably in the education sector.
  • Strong leadership and strategic planning skills.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation abilities.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools and trends.
