About the RoleThis opportunity is part of NETAPS.In's Earn While You Learn Program in collaboration with NSDC International and MSME, focused on upskilling youth through employment, education, and entrepreneurship.Key Responsibilities- Conduct market research on institutes and TPOs (Training & Placement Officers)- Schedule and conduct online/onsite meetings with colleges for recruitment- Visit campuses and job fairs for sourcing candidates- Meet with institutional authorities and conduct career counseling sessions- Manage attendance and documentation for job-seeking candidates- Submit candidate lists to both NETAPS and TPOs- Handle follow-ups for:- Job onboarding- Admission formalities- Fee collections- Investment-based EMIs- Overseas education/VISA documentationEligibility Criteria- Graduate or Postgraduate in any field- Strong communication and interpersonal skills- Willingness to travel and meet field targets- Preferred backgrounds: NGO, HR, Career Counseling, TPO, BPO, EdTech- Mission-driven and passionate about youth developmentPerks & Benefits- Free MBA / PhD (India or Abroad) while working- Stakeholder and equity opportunities- International travel for projects- Career growth (Team Lead - Regional Head - National Director)- Food, accommodation, and transport (project-based)Important NoteAll roles under the "Work Study Program / Seekho Aur Kamaao Yojna" at NETAPS.IN are completely free of cost.
