Key Responsibilities:

• Generate and manage leads for admission sales via phone, email, and in-person interactions
• Provide potential students with detailed information about programs, courses, and admission requirements
• Convert leads into enrollments by effectively communicating the value of the offered programs
• Collaborate with other team members to meet department and company sales targets
• Build and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, and educational consultants
• Regularly track, analyze, and report on sales activities and outcomes
• Contribute to the development and implementation of sales strategies and promotional campaigns

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Male/Female candidates
• Minimum 1 year of experience in sales (Freshers with a passion for sales are also welcome to apply)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Self-starter with a results-driven attitude
• Passionate about sales and meeting targets
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Prior experience in the education sector is a plus, but not mandatory
