Job descriptionJob Title / Designation: Admissions Outreach Executive (Gujarat)Job Location: Candidate should be only from specified location - GujaratJob Summary: Responsible for maximize profits (In terms of students admission) through developing sales strategies that match students requirements by promoting brand, services and focus on a very specific form of promotional marketing for Assigned Area / Territory.Roles and Responsibilities:
Admission Executive is responsible for the lead generation through variety of marketing activities resulting in counselling and enrolling the students.
Generate admissions by maintaining a continuous influx of data by conducting Above The Line (ATL) & Below The Line (BTL) marketing activities such as- seminars in schools, open seminars in town & residential spots within a specified territory.
Public speaking, taking seminars and travelling as and when required as per the need of the job.
Developing ideas for marketing strategies and campaigns. Coordinate with Digital Marketing Team for implementation of finalized marketing strategies
Meeting Channel Partners and Academicians to find out about their service.
Achievement of the Target (In terms of Students Admissions) for the session 2024-2025 and onwards.
Prerequisite Skills:
Passionate about achieving the Admission Targets
Excellent networking and presentation skills to conduct seminars.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and writing emails, & comfortable while working on software related to Sales & Services.
Excellent Communication Skill
Comfortable for traveling and public speaking.
Qualification:
Must have Bachelors degree.
Preferred MBA /Masters in Psychology, Education etc.
Experience:
2 Yrs. experience of Admission.
2 Yrs. experience of Business to Customer (B2C) Sales across industries.
