Job Description
We are seeking a passionate and results-driven Career Specialist / Academic Counsellor to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in guiding prospective students and their parents through the educational journey, offering insights into our products/services and assisting them in making informed decisions.
?Proven experience as a tele-caller, field sales, or in a similar sales role.
? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
? Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
? Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
? Familiarity with CRM software and calling tools is a plus.
? Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed.
? Freshers, B.Com, BBA, B.Tech, MBA, or relevant certifications are a plus.
? Knowledge of MS Office is a plus.
? Proficiency in written and spoken English; knowledge of other regional languages is essential based on the job location.

Pay: ?400,000.00 - ?500,000.00 per year
