Job Summary:
The Admissions Officer will oversee the day-to-day operations of the Daltin AI Portal, ensuring efficient processes, effective communication, and timely handling of student assessments and applications. This role involves managing multiple tasks, maintaining high standards of customer support, and staying up-to-date with the latest portal functionalities.

Key Responsibilities:

Student Assessments:

• Provide assessments for students to agents through email, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
• Ensure timely and accurate distribution of assessments.

Documentation Follow-Up:

• Follow up with agents and respective sales managers for any pending documentation.
• Ensure all required documents are received in a timely manner.

Document Verification:

• Verify received documents across various platforms to ensure their authenticity.
• Process applications promptly once documents are verified.

Customer Support:

• Handle customer inquiries and provide support via email, phone, and other communication channels.
• Resolve any issues or concerns promptly and professionally.

Portal Proficiency:

• Stay updated on how to use the Daltin AI Portal efficiently.
• Access and utilize new information and features with minimal time.

General Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain and update operational policies and procedures.
• Prepare regular reports on operational performance and suggest improvements.
• Train and mentor new team members as required.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in operations and admissions in an Overseas education platform or agency
• Experience with All process of USA
• Hands-on experience with overseas education portals and how they work.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and handle various tasks simultaneously.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant technology.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?50,000.00 per month
