Job Description

: We are seeking a professional and driven individual with a flair for sales, a basic understanding of the K12 industry, admissions processes, and the CBSE curriculum. The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting potential parents, providing information about Crimson schools, their USPs, and the admissions process. This role also includes significant involvement in marketing and outreach efforts to strengthen partnerships and boost admissions. The candidate will work closely with the Regional Head (RH) to implement strategies for converting inquiries into admissions and expanding the school's presence through events and partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective parents and provide detailed information about Crimson Schools and their USPs.
• Handle inbound inquiries about admissions and motivate parents to secure admissions at Crimson Schools.
• Set appointments for school visits and coordinate with Campus Counsellors to ensure parents have meaningful interactions with the school's academic team.
• Collect required documents from parents to support the admissions process.
• Prepare and share daily and weekly calling reports, appointment schedules, and conversion-related records with the management.
• Maintain and update the CRM database of potential parents.
• Stay informed about the latest school initiatives and events to effectively communicate with prospective parents.

Marketing & Admission Outreach Involvement

• Work closely with the Regional Head to develop and implement outreach marketing strategies, including visiting preschools and corporate entities to establish partnerships and promote school admissions.
• Assist in organizing and executing outreach programs such as community events, workshops, and open houses to engage with potential parents and raise awareness of Crimson Schools.
• Help facilitate association partnerships by conducting corporate presentations and building relationships with HR teams to generate admissions referrals.
• Support in marketing campaigns by participating in roadshows, education EXPO and promotional events to boost the school's visibility and attract new admissions.
• Coordinate logistics for school events and ensure smooth execution in collaboration with the marketing team.
• Act as an ambassador for the school by engaging with local communities and fostering long-term relationships that benefit the school's admissions goals.

Major Responsibility Breakdown:

• 60% of the role will focus on converting cold leads/enquiries into walk-ins.
• 40% will involve outreach marketing and admission activities, including partnership visits to preschools and corporates and participation in school events, under the guidance of the Regional Head.

Qualifications:

• 0-5 years of experience.
• Preferred in fields such as MBA, Education Administration, or Marketing.
• Previous experience in tele-counselling or admissions for an educational institute is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport over the phone.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Familiarity with CRM software and telecalling tools.
• A positive attitude and a strong desire to achieve targets.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Type: Full-time

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
• Saturday: 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM

Pay: ?600,000.00 - ?700,000.00 per year
