Job Summary:

The Admissions Officer (USA) will assist in the daily operations of the Daltin AI Portal, focusing on supporting students applying to universities in the USA. This entry-level role is ideal for recent graduates looking to start their careers in overseas education. The position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to provide excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

? Student Support:

Assist students and agents with inquiries related to applications for USA universities. Guide students through the application process and provide timely updates on their status.

? Documentation Assistance:

Help students and agents gather and submit the necessary documentation for USA university applications.

Ensure the completeness and accuracy of the documents received.

? Document Verification:

Verify the authenticity of documents and information provided by students. Collaborate with the admissions team to ensure all documentation is properly handled.

? Portal Proficiency:

Learn and efficiently use the Daltin AI Portal to access and manage student applications. Stay updated with any new features or information added to the portal.

? Customer Service:

Respond to inquiries from students, agents, and partners via email, phone, and other communication platforms.

Address any issues or concerns in a professional and timely manner.

? Team Coordination:

Work closely with the admissions and sales teams to ensure smooth processing of applications.

Support the team with other tasks related to USA admissions as needed.

Qualifications:

? Recent graduate (Bachelor's degree required).

? Strong command of English, both spoken and written.

? Enthusiastic about helping students achieve their educational goals.

? Quick learner.

? Ability to manage multiple tasks and work efficiently under pressure.

? Willingness to learn and adapt to the overseas education industry.

? Proficiency in using technology, including CRM systems, will be an advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Mohali, Punjab: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
