: Admission Officer (Male Candidates Only)

Location : Srusti Academy of Management (Autonomous), Odisha

Compensation: Fixed Pay of ?25,000 per month + Performance-Based Incentives

Position Overview:

• The position demands tourist to different places, organize presentations in schools / colleges, collect Student data and mobilize candidates for Admission to MBA, MCA & BBA courses.

Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve targeted Admission in MBA, MCA & BBA.

Educational Background: B. Tech / MBA / MCA

Experience:

• Minimum of 2-5 years of relevant experience in Admission or career services, preferably in a reputed educational institution or corporate setting. Proven track record in achieving placement targets and managing placement processes.

Skills and Competencies:

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in using placement and reporting tools.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.

Performance-Based Incentives:

• In addition to the fixed monthly compensation, the Admission Officer will be eligible for performance-based incentives based on achieving placement targets and other key performance indicators (KPIs).
