Lead Generation and Conversion: Utilise telecalling techniques to contact potential students, understand their educational needs, and match them with suitable programs offered by our institute. Aim to convert these leads into confirmed admissions.
Student Counselling: Provide comprehensive and personalised counselling to prospective students and their guardians over the phone, addressing their queries, concerns, and aspirations regarding our educational programs.
Admissions Process Management: Guide prospective students through the entire admissions process, from initial inquiry to successful enrollment, including document submission and compliance with admission criteria.
Target Achievement: Work towards meeting and exceeding assigned admission targets during peak admission periods, contributing to the institute's growth objectives.
Walk-In Arrangements: Coordinate the scheduling of campus visits for prospective students, ensuring a positive and informative on-site experience.
Documentation and Compliance: Handle all related administrative tasks, including the accurate and timely processing of student documentation and adherence to admission policies and regulations.
Follow-Up: Maintain regular follow-up with prospective students through calls and emails to keep them engaged and informed throughout the admission process.
Feedback Collection: Collect and report feedback from students and applicants to help refine and improve the admissions process and student experience.
Assist in marketing and develop marketing strategies.
Should be able to undertake additional roles and responsibilities if required.
