Guide students over phone or/and in person through their course selection process . ? Conduct outbound calls and follow-up calls on daily basis with prospective students and their parents ? Rapport building and converting the enquiries into admissions. ? Identifying references through the existing customer base to increase the sales pipeline. ? Listening to the queries and concerns of the students/parents and advise them accordingly. ? Responsible for scheduling and conducting structured counselling sessions over phone or video. ? Have excellent counselling skills and proven expertise in Academic Sales. Clarifying all doubts and queries related to courses, fees, so on. and convert Enquiry into Admissions ? Handle objections and price negotiations to generate sales and revenue.
