• Serve as the main point of contact for existing clients.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships to foster client loyalty and retention.
• Oversee the successful implementation and onboarding of new clients, ensuring they have a seamless experience.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure the client's needs are met from day one.
• Provide ongoing support to clients, handling inquiries and addressing any concerns.
• Resolve issues quickly and effectively, escalating to other departments as necessary.
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products or services.
• Work closely with AEs to identify new growth opportunities within existing accounts.
• Conduct regular check-ins with clients to ensure satisfaction.
• Monitor account health and take proactive steps to prevent churn.
• Track and report on client performance, product usage, and customer feedback.
• Provide regular updates to senior leadership regarding account status and retention metrics.
• Work closely with internal teams, including AEs, marketing, and support, to ensure clients receive top-notch service.
• Help manage client expectations and deliverables across various departments.
• Meet or exceed daily, weekly, or monthly walk-in targets (e.g., 9 walk-ins per day) to ensure continued client engagement.
